Meet Kayla Pierce
Kayla's story is an inspiring example of someone who turned their passion into a fulfilling career. She discovered a love for real estate through watching HGTV during her senior year of high school. While in college, her professors who were part-time real estate agents further fueled her curiosity. Kayla would frequent open houses, run numbers on potential flips, and find great areas for the BRRRR strategy. Although she initially lacked the experience and was unsure of the exact path, Kayla didn't let that stop her. Upon graduation, Kayla took immediate action by purchasing her first home, at the young age of 22, which started her journey as a passive real estate investor. She then transitioned from passive investor to becoming a licensed realtor and currently enjoys the dual role of realtor and full-time real estate investor.

Meet Beth Pierce
Unlike her daughter, real estate had not always been on her radar. While Beth enjoyed watching HGTV and dreaming about projects like Kayla and many others, she did so for shear enjoyment. Having been in her career for more than 25 years, her primary focus was on supporting Kayla in pursuing her dreams rather than exploring a new career path. It was only after Kayla graduated from college, bought her first home, and started to seriously pursue real estate as a career that Beth began to consider real estate investing as a goal. Collaborating with Kayla to build their real estate portfolios and realizing the potential for growth and partnership has further solidified Beth’s resolve.
